WALT: reflect on the things that we did with our buddy

Today In room 9, we went down to Room 2 and had buddy class there and we had to do Halloween things with them. In buddy class I learned new things with my buddy, Like to not talk when you do your work, so that you can complete it. My buddy is Hannah, she is really awesome, and I hope that I can be like her when she does her work. I had a fun time at Buddy Class, Hopefully next time we have buddy class. My highlight of the day was that I felt happy, and my lowlight was that I talked when I was doing my work.

My Awesome WEEKEND!

WALT: reflect on our weekends

Today in room 9, we had to do a reflection that we did in our weekend. I didnt do that much but just sleep all the time, I went to a funeral and church. I had a awesome weekend and it was fun. Should Samsung shut down Galaxy Note 7?

WALT: reflect on an article that we have chosen from the Kiwi Kids news

Today for SSR, after morning break, we had SSR. Our teacher Ms Komor gave us task, to go onto Kiwi Kids News and find an article and to write a reflection on it, so the article that I have chosen is: Samsung stops Galaxy Note 7. It is an article talking about a phone, it says that Galaxy Note 7 is shutting down and will be refunding the Galaxy Note 7 with another Galaxy phone. The Samsung company have said that they will be shutting down the Galaxy Note 7. They said that they have got complains from people saying: that the phone explodes. Celebration Reflection

Niue Week

WALT: make a D.L.O about the Niue culture

This week it is Niue week, which means that we have to look up facts and things about the Niue culture. I have found so many facts and new things about Niue. I learned that Niue has heaps of high corals in their pacific ocean. I have learned so many things and facts, that I just typed it all down onto the D.L.O which you can see down below. WALT: draw and write up facts about the Niue Culture

Yesterday in the afternoon, I did not have time to blog my art work. So now I have time to blog my art work. So we had to draw and write up facts about Niue, and this is what I did. It is Niue week and that's why we are doing Niue. I had so much fun while doing this, although it took me ages and I had to do it 3 times. My highlight today was that, I learned how to draw the Niue's flag. Hopefully next time, we get to do another Cultural art. Technology Reflection

WALT: reflect on what we did at Technology 

Hello everyone, Today in room 9 we went Technology. We went to Tamaki college for Technology. I did 3d art with Ms Ferguson. I did Mickey Mouse as my model and it was so fun. My highlight today at Tech was that I learned how to draw Mickey Mouse, and it was better than before. Hopefully next time, I get to have 3x more funner than today. G’s role model was doing its job

But when he talked he always sounded fob

The game got excited and scary

When G’s wanted some strawberry

The other team scored a win

When G’s role model gave a grin

The other team started to work as a team

When scoring one goal they got ice cream

The cricket game was over and G’s role models team won

At least the cricket game was done

All the parents started to leave

Music Reflection

 WALT: Reflect on what we did at music 

Today in room 9, we went down to the music room and had music there. I learned how to play the performance piece and practising in the class. I also learned what is a straight beat and the shuffle beat means, and what is the differences between them. Shuffle beat means the beat goes long and then short. I had an awesome time at music. 15 Minutes Reflect

Writing Reflection

Topic: 15 Minutes outside reflect

Introduction: Today I will be talking about what I did outside with my friends, when Ms Komor gave us 15 minutes to let us out of the classroom.

I was in class waiting for Metui’s answer, I was looking at him very suspiciously even the whole class. Ms Komor was waiting, I just got impatient, then finally!  Metui got his answer and it was to go outside. It was like bears were ready to eat him. So we went to line up outside and was ready like a racing car. We went outside, my friends and I was waiting and it was me, Nooroa, Ana, Paterita, Kahlicia, Kalo,Nita and Raena. We looked at the playground and started to play BUSTED! It was a game that we had to go onto the playground and never touch the ground, and if someone sees you touch the ground  then you are busted. So we played that game and it was so fun.

We played for 20 minutes, and it felt like 5 minutes. It was so fun, the other kids on the field were playing rugby. While were playing, I stared at the leaves, it looked like they were dancing through the wind. I just stared until I got tagged by Nooroa. I was chasing her so fast, that I got busted. Then finally! I get to tag her and she was out, she tried to tag me but she couldn't, so I just stayed at the top of the playground until she tried to catch me. She was trying to go for me..ONLY ME! I was so sad and it was funny too, I was laughing so hard that I nearly got a sore tummy. She wouldn't even go for Helen, and she was close to her. I got tagged by Nooroa again, then I had to count for 5 seconds I was definitely going for her. When we were playing, people just wanted to join our game. They wanted to play BUSTED because it was a funny as game and also cool. I had so much fun that I did not want to go inside. But our time was over, 15 minutes was done so we had to go inside.

My tummy was rumbling and I wanted food, lucky for me I have friends. It was like a butterfly trying to escape  out of my tummy. So us, the class came inside the classroom and started to do our stuff, like doing reflection on what we did outside. I had so much fun outside, that I really wanted to go outside again. I just found out that we went outside for Metui’s birthday, we were going to go for 1 hour but we didn't because work needs to be done. I will like to have another time to go outside and do more of the activities. We all had much fun playing BUSTED, rugby and also tiggy. Today was FUN!

Conclusion:

The main part that I was talking about in this reflection was that, we get to have fun. It was also Metui’s Birthday and we all enjoyed it, maybe some did not like it Who Knows? So the main part is We Had Fun…

Ten Facts about JAMAICA..

We were given things that we were supposed to do while researching and it is location, Population, Capital city and the continent. I have found out that Usain Bolt was from Jamaica, when I found out, I was amazed. I also knew that Jamaica is also the 10th largest country in the whole.
